3d Studio Max 5 help!

Ok. i got 3d studio max 5, but i dont know how to use it very well.

I want to Inport a Warcraft model, edit it, and then export it as a MDX and play with it!

But when i export it, and view it in Warcraft mode, viewer, its all white, no textures, no Animation, it shows all the boxes and stuff.

All the tutorial tell you how to MAKE and INPORT it to Warcraft, how do i INPORT a alreaddy made model from WC, edit it and inport it with all the Skins, and Animation! Please help

Can i use Blizzard Art tool? I cant get that to work! please help...

where can i get Fadi's Importer script??? the link on the tutorial doesnt work for me.

I have it and will attach a link to it from my server. However after a few days I will remove it.

Personally, I have never fully gotten an imported model from War3 into MAX and have it exportable; just warning you.

and if u never gor importing and exporting to work perfectly, how do u do it? DO you do it?

The link does work. Right click and say 'Save target as...'

what hes saying is that using importer scripts in max dont work properly to bring in all necesary data.....its flawed and probably will never work right. Make your own models LOL

Actually no . Bboyknockout has been having issues downloading the script, I sent it to him over MSN.

However it is true that MDL --> MAX is relatively impossible.
