Ok I saw on a map that when you put your mouse over a unit a small text box would appear over it(Displaying information that changes), How would I do that?

What kind of information? I believe placing the mouse over a unit can give its current level or somthing to that extent. I supose you could do somthing like that. The only other way to detect when the mouse is hovering over a unit is with trackables, however in this case they would not work whatsoever.

I dunno, the peasent collected crystals and the interface above the peasent displayed Crystals: ##.

Maybe your refering to floating text. In which you can make text right above the unit.

Does floating text appear when your mouse is over it, no.
Is flosting text a Inferface Box, no.
Does floating text stay with the unit, no.

I did find something that may be what it is
Action- Game- Enable/Disable Pre-Selection
