Rain of Darkness This is going to be a campaign, as you mighty notice trough the story. Intro: Looked out of my window, beyond the forest, i could see rain falling down to the surface. The sound echoed as it hit the mountain walls, pain in my head. I watched the rain fall for some time, it was comming closer, closer, for every minute. Looked over to my sword, was it time, had it begun. Tales of ravashing darkness has been told, noone expected it to come. The rain was black, like drops of oil falling from the sky. Closer, closer. I picked up my sword, ran, just ran from the scourched earth that appeared where the rain had fallen. I stopped, the sound of rain had stopped, i turned around slowly, seeing dead trees, people slain on the roads and my cabin was burned down to nothing. Story: You are Kyaro, a warrior that fought for the king, until the king died and Kyaro lost his job. He has been a loner ever since, he was the only one surviving that battle. After that he moved just outside the city border of Carnal. The king told a tale before he died, Rain of Darkness the tale was called, and just now, it seemed to have become reality. Objective: Find the core of the darkness, and slay the darkness itself. Item System: This game will feature its own item system, that has probably been used before, but adding a few nice touches to it. All six slots will be used, each slot is assigned their own item "style", slot one can only contain weapons, if two-handed weapons are used then slot two will be blocked, because that one contains shield. Slot three is used for torso items, slot four is for gloves, slot five for boots and slot 6 for helmets. Each item has their own durability, this means it can be broken and its effekt is not in use, but it can be repaired. Some items can be upgraded or attached to other items. Items can also be enchanted, only one enchantment can be added to each item {this is IF im able to make enchantment feature} Other items can only be used by some characters that is specified for that item. Gameplay: Fighting system will be like the standard system blizzard has created. Shop system will be the same too. Character System: Later in game you will be able to team up with other characters, but the twist in this game is that only one character can be used at a time. So you have to change character as you feel like it or have to. Each character has their own experience bar, so you have to change between them frequently. Each character has also their own spells and so on. Bosses: Bosses are special in this game, featuring a never been seen gameplay versus bosses in any warcraft 3 game before. Some characters are specified to use against some bosses, this is why you have to actually use your brain to find out how to kill the boss. Sometimes you even have to change character in middle of the fight. Some bosses even have different stages where they do different things and casts different spells. A example of this "out of the ordinary" gamplay versus bosses is as follow: A boss is on rampage, you have to use on character to bash him, so that the rampage stops, then you have to change character to slash the boss. NEEDED!: -Terrainers {Because i suck at terraining myself, need around 2} -Movies {I need someone that is good at cinematics, hopefully only one VERY skilled} -Spells {I dont know anything about this, so i need around 2 spell creators} This post will be updated frequently, stay tuned. |

Sounds like a big project for a little boy, from the looks of it, you dont seem to have much experiance just an idea, which was ok but kinda dragged, what we get to fight clouds?? |

Well, ive been in the community for 2 years in the past, i came back here couple of days ago, since wow got boring :P So i do have a lot of experience. Mostly with advanced triggering. |
