Neutral Hostile as a 13th player?

I want to create a 12 player TD, which means neutral hostile would have to be the spawned creeps. How can I turn off creep camps, what AI script do I need to give them, etc, so that they will act like a 13th computer player.

Well, its TD, so your units can be fully scripted and under your full control at any single moment.


So i guess you can just spawn neutral hostiles and issue orders to them, and it will work just fine.
