Voice actor list - Definitive

Right, I'd like all people who are able to do donate their voice acting talents to the community to annouce themselves here. The structure that I'm going to use should be helpful for modders when choosing people to voice their mods and I encourage you to use it and also to improve upon it where you deem fit.

There's the basic idea anyway. Once we've got a few, I think I'll create another post that lists all of the people able to voice all the races/styles so that it will be easier for people to choose voice actors. I'll also be doing some tutorials on how to voice the different races, so keep your eyes open for that.
