Guest | Lots of people don't seem to know you can do this: If you want to place a doodad so it interesects with either the terrain or another dooadad, all you have to do is first place a doodad on a valid poistion on the map. then click the dooadad, hold ctrl and use the numpad keys to move it into a different (originally invalid) position. This way you can have doodads overlapping eachother or going "into" terrain. Also, you can hold down ctrl and use pgup and pgdown to move the dooadad into the ground or move it up into the sky. Guest | another tip: if you want to adjust the cutoff distance in WE, hold down ctrl and use the mouse wheel. |
