Animations Request

I'm working on a cinematic (the sequel to the one in my sig), and I have a nice(ish) model for the hero, a human based on grom Hellscream.
It's not the greatest model, but the thing is, I don't always finish what I start, so I didn't want to bother a skilled modeller for something that might not get used much.
Thing is, I need this model to have some more animations.

-The Demon Hunter's "Spell Throw" animation.
-The animation from the Blademaster where he crouches and holds his sword horizontally across his body
-An animation where he looks around
-A couple of animations where he shakes his fist, or folds his arms, or something that he might do while having a conversation (these could be taken from Medivh)
-Some different attack animations
-A spell animation of some kind, other than his Jump-Slash type one and his Bladestorm one, preferably one where he holds his sword up in the air

Ideally, it would be nice if you could just add animations from other models, and maybe smooth them out a bit so it doesn't look odd.
Here's a link to the model.

Thanks in advance. It'd really be a great help if someone could do this.

All those anims can be transferred from other models:

Nope.
I can use that and overwrite the entire animation set, but I can't just add the ones I want, I get an Unknown Group "XXXX:"- error when I try.

Everyone else can. You must be doing something wrong.

Select, in the TOP box, the model which I want to add the animation too.
Select, in the MIDDLE box, the model I want to take the animation from.
Select, in the BOTTOM box, the place I want the new model saved, and it's filename.
Check the "Transfer Single Animation" box.
Type "Spell Throw" in the top of the two boxes.
Type "Stand" in the bottom of the two boxes.
Click transfer.

What's wrong?

What's your base model?

The one I describe in the first post.
A human model, based on either the Blademaster, or Grom Hellscream, I'm not sure which.

Well yeah, but were are you taking the anims, I tryied to transfer a few anims to you model and it worked, my only problem is that Demon Hunter, Blademaster and Grom truly don't have the same bone names, so still without that weird problem with your translator you might not be able of putting well the animations so directly.

Different bone names are not such a hassle. It's a simple matter to rename them. Blizzard have made several skeletal structures that are the same with different name sets on purpose, I reckon.

Well, yeah true, then I will try.

Actually, when I tried to convert one of my models from milkshape which I forgot to add a bone to, it gave me a group error similar to that one. Interesting.

Hmmm. I'll try renaming the bones then...
If anyone else could manage it though, it'd be great.

EDIT:
Ah. The bones that the two models have in common have the same names, as far as I can see, however there are a lot of bones that they don't share...
I really don't have enough skill or experience to know what to do now...

You'll find that most of the non-shared bones are entirely unnecessary. Just transfer and see what comes out, then look at which parts of the model don't do anything.

My whole problem is that I CAN'T transfer. As soon as I try opening the model with the added animation, it gives me an error message and crashes.
