Jaina's a dick. (humour)

Now don't get me wrong, i think her model and sound set are swell,
but face it Jaina is a dick.

- She's "no warrior" yet has fought in campaigns against the following races:
- Undead
- Orc
- Fel Orc
- Demon
- Naga
- Human

- Her father was a dick.

- She has had relationships with two men who later became dicks (Arthas and Kael)

- She struck up an agreement with Orc's to overthrow her populist (no one overthrew him) father to reinstate her despotic rule of Theramore Isle.

- She suddenly buggered off with half of Lorderons standing army to go fight *everyone* in Kalimdor.

- At the battle for the world tree, when her base was defeated she simply buggered off.

- She's an archmage, a hero that was IMBA!!!! till about version 1.14 and nerfed about 15 times.

I agree. I completely and uterly agree.

Kael isn't a dick

He might be a victim of circumstance but Kael's still a dick. Just.

It's a given rule in WC that what the orcs and night elf fight is automatically evil.

They fought the Naga.

The bloodelves <3 the Naga.

Therfore Kael == Dick.

But don't cloud the issue here, its Jaina whose dickery is important.

Later on Jaina also cheated on Arthas & Kael with Thrall.

No, this is important! Kael's dickness is, after all, an argument for Jaina's dickness, so it deserves more thorough consideration.

The given rule has exceptions, after all, orcs and night elves have fought each other at some point, but they had a change of heart and joined forces eventually. So, while this doesn't happen with the Naga, it still thwarts the power of this rule, making the circumstantial link to the Blood Elves a rather poor argument, especially considering the Night Elves fought alongside the bloodelves in one mission.

The rule also hurts your argument on a lot less circumstantial level: Jaina fought alongside Orcs and Night Elves.


To adress some other points, Jaina rebelled against her Father the Dick, but you consider her trason a dicky act too, and then that puts her in a loose-loose situation, and makes her an innocent victim of the circumstances, which is so unfair!

Otherwise, you make some good points. I would be willing to concede she's a halfdick.

Also while she took half of the people from Lordaeron she actually saved lives. Being an undead ain't life. Its like half-life ;)

I found this dickery questions rather amusing, but than whats a dick?
She did what she had to do or atleast what she thought it was right, but then again so have Kael, Illidan, Maiev, Arthas... meh most of politicans and normal people would do the same. So I can't really blame her for being a dick. Face it most of us are dicks from one PoV or another.
