I was born when I was dead…I had no feelings, no emotions, no conspiracies or loves or compassion…I was everything and nothing. My naked body floated in the rift…I was blind, but I saw everything. Nothing escaped my gaze, but I saw nothing through my eye lids.
My arms were full grown…slim but muscular…but I could not lift them. I had the body of a strong man, but I could never move.
I was everything and nothing…who am I when I can barely move?
I felt pain, and I tried to cry out in protest of this strange sort of torture. My angelic wings became stiff as I mourned. But nothing came from my mouth, not even a whisper. Who am I? What am I? I am not of the ancient people… nothing, I am nothing.
I cried again, another desperate cry. I was hoping that something would break through the invisible barrier this time, some sort of hope of what I was is what I am now.
Nothing came out.
I began to drift again in the cosmos. I drifted past the planets, the stars, the comets and asteroids, the celestial beings that stared at me from their invisible planes of existence. They just stared at me, of what I was, horrified at me.
For I was once a beautiful creature. Now I am an abomination, a thing. Something that deserves no pity.
I drifted again, away from the cosmos…
