the shield looks a little flat, it looks like he is holding it flat to his underarn reather then pointing at whatever opponant he has in front of him... ..or was that the general idea? oh and yeah, study, beoch. |

Aeon Flux looks hawt. Your work pattern works. Try thumbnailing poses in small squares and to see the general composition that you should find on the final drawing. The pose doesn't look too researched, the hand holding the shield looks real flat and the hand with the gun just doesn't contribute to embellish the pic's esthetic. I suggest putting the hand with the gun in a perspective where its pointing at the viewer or pulled back up. Also watch your proportions, his left arm looks really long. And why does his bottom part look medieval while his top part looks futuristic? |

No idea. Now why are we talking about Aeon Flux? Hmmm... studies... studies... must... do studies... And the short right arm is due to foreshortening failure. icbm1987 |

I have difficulty with that in one of my serious wips too. Aeon Flux = Charlize Theron in a tight black suit with guns blazing. So anything is a good excuse to talk about Aeon Flux. |
