I am considering submitting some stuff to the Resource section, but I wanted to verify that you can use other people's systems to enhance the spells. I'd of course explain in the map how to implement each ability (any global variables it requires as well as any functions) but if it needs to be an original creations, then there's no need for me to bother :). |

I am almost sure: You can use other people's stuff as long as you give them credits. I did it, and my spell was not deleted so it should not be a problem, just give credits. Rules needs to be added soon. |

We are working out a rules and a how-to guide at the moment, however to answer your question, yes it is okay. If you use Vexorian’s Caster System in your map, there is no reason not to submit it. However it would be very appropriate as well as polite to mention that you use that system in the post, not only in the map script. |
