the underwater effect is achived mainly be fog. use a custom fog colour (presumably blue, although, some shades of green/turquoise could produce some as yet unseen atmoshperes) and dencity that best fits your needs. also use the fogged sky, so that no sun or clouds are vissable on the underwater horizon. many people also choose to use the moon or sun beam weather effect to mimick light rays piercing through the waters surface. as far as i know, it is impossable to create a surface to the water. while you may wish to use the moonwell's ability model to create a surface layer of water, the fog and weather effects would make it appear as though environment above the waters suface is still underwater |
