My comp crashed during my war3 game and now I can't load my map!! What can I do? |

Sorry I'm just really anxious right now..... First of all I had my map closed in WE, but open in winMPQ, I just finished testing my last bug, so I decided to close war3 down - I pressed f10 then went to end game, and then it just restarted - and IM sitting here, not being able to open it at all |

Well I got some good news, which is extremely ƒucking lucky (sorry, but Im really happy) the map archive was screwed somehow, but luckily I have Norton Installed. And as you know when you save your map after importing seperate files, worldedit deleted them (permanently). Well file by file of searchign through deleted records I was able to come up with all my files, which inturn recreated my map, however I lost all my work today (which was literally 6 hours) but I guess I'm happy because I've been working on this for weeks on end. I will still keep my corrupted archive incase anyone has suggestions on how to restore it. |
