ridiculously scantily clad female wielding ridiculously long sword

most of my 'fetishes' i guess you could call em, rolled into one picture. lets count shall we? fishnets, check. ripped fishnets, check. armored collar thing, check. asymmetrical, impractical shoulder armor that won't protect a single vital organ, check. sexy belt riding low on hips, check. boots with floppy things on em, check. ridiculously long samurai sword, check. ridiculously large sword, check. sexy chick, check. hey we're pretty much covered. now we just need some badass robot... hm... theres an idea.

drawn in blue, then traced over in black pencil. it was shaded and everything, but it was shaded with the blue. i did that cuz i wanted the lineart afterwards too, and if you wanna see the actual thing, i guess you'll have to visit me in california. sorry. but in any case, you get to see the cleaned up picture with a simple, yet effective contrasting grey background! whooo hooo! hm... looking at it now, i think it got a bit skewed near the top by the sword handle when i scanned it. oh well fuckit.

Her shoulders aren't tilted enought to match the difference in how the breasts are hanging.

fuck... well there's not much i can do about the shoulders now. i don't think its that noticeable, so it should be ok. thanks for pointing it out though.

I don't know but those aren't fishnet leggings... you gotta have the sorta cross-hatch pattern thing.

agreed with candy. i also find you lines a little bit boring to be honest, when doing a lineart you either have to make sure that all the lines are pretty much exactly the same with, or very the with at strategic places (personal fav.), the thickness of your lines however seems completely random. Some slightly better linework will really make this come to life.

and yes, the boobah-coverage is odd.

The huge sword in the back... the details at the bottom are awesome like its a hige ass version of excalibur and plants are growing onto it. I suppose its not strapped to her back :D

i hope you dont mind i took the liberty of coloring it for practice, just a quick color that took me under two hours.

Excellent use of shading, greatly admire your skill in drawing the uman figure, although, it appears it's only me that finds the lower part of the jaw a little too thin... eh, maybe i'm wrong...
