i've waited so long to write this to help people in this, i'm adding some samples of how everything should be setted. I'm also be adding some notes that are important for Wc3 models.
Suggestions:
1rst use 30 or 24 frames per second, it is easier for animating.
2nd Colition Shapes are important, not only for reducing colition detection time while selecting, but also for sizing correctly spawn effects.
3rd Use Bezier Position and TCB rotation, for missle objects use linear.
4rth try to animate seeing other samples like blizz models, that should correct ur way of animating.
5th For stand anims use around 1 to 3 secs, for walk use 1 sec or a bit more, for attack anims use less than 1 sec, for death anims use between 1-2 secs and finanlly for Decay and birth, use 60 secs.
6th looping anims must start and end the same way, attack anims must start in stand ready and other nonloopings doesn't need to start and end the same way.
7th Use helpers for reanimating global sequences objects, example a hammer in a building/birth anim, it will rotates in way of working constanlly so it will repeat and repeat, for moving him without messing a global sequences, i'm adding a sample for that

.
Now reasons:
Why 24 or 30 frames per sec?
Answer is easy to handle it and animate in that plot of time.
Why bezier position instead of TCB?
Bezier allows us to control the curve intan and outan in a more practible way, TCB is harder to use for that.
