The textures on the walls and railings are lacking detail and shading and that wood plank slung across the top of the roof looks out-of-place. I suppose it is an altogether OK model, though.
The problem is that i need to use a different texturing method for my building models, because my map needs to use many models so, i'm using 2 textures for every building, they consist on a material mix.
The model itself is fine, however like Jumbo_Pie said, add detail to the texture. Asuming that the texture used on those walls is always used as walls, there is no reason not to add detail.
