Mc !'s Head Attachments pack

01-03-2006, 03:17 PM#1
Mc !
9 helmet models, no one needs custom textures,
they have 6 anims for the reason that blizzard didn't did all the head attachments and heads the same size and place,
to use them:

·First: normal
·Second: big
·Third:small
·Fourth: normal upper
·Fifth: big upper
·Sixth: small upper

Put that in the ability you use for giving the attachment, see in the object editor if you don't know how.

Give credit to Mc! if you use them in your map!

You will have to check every anim to know which one is better for rour hero.

If you're talking in the WE viewer, I agree, but the anims work anyways... At least when I tested them they worked.

Ah yes the famous Mc! item models, good that your re-vamping all of them, should be very useful when all are complete

Those aren't his item models. Those are his item models.

This is attachments models for heads. They're good too.

Great models! Could you make an armor (the torso piece) pack? If you can, with animations, too

OF course he can but it wouldn't work well unless they are designed for an specific unit model, and even there the model should be specially designed to have a good attachment point to allow armor

=/ I have almost no knowledge in 3D modelling, but, couldn't be a such armor model created so it can be attached to chest?

And aren't the helmets in the same situation? But Mc ! found a way to solve that by using different anims.

Anyway if it's really impossible (I mean, I would need models that aren't for specific unit models) then that's it. I'll make my map without armors :D

I did not say it is impossible.

You can have 4 different models designed to be able to use the same armor effect attached to them.

And it was helluva difficult to do the helmets, And some units won't have them right, the advantage is that the problem is not noticieable with small things like helmets.

Instead, it would be really easy to notice problems with an armor piece

Okay... but couldn't Mc ! do a single armor model with anims and I'll handle it after that? I say just one cuz I could reskin it and maybe just one wouldn't be such hard job xD I'd really like to have armors in my map :D
