Views on Random Rep?

What is your opinion on giving rep for no apparent reason. I did this all the time on the old rep system and nobody cared, but since we are on a new system, is it okay to just give random rep just for kicks?

You have a limit, if you want to waste it, go ahead. The only people who suffer are those who make you things and don't get rep because you are using it in a silly way.

I dont mean to start thinking of ideas, but couldnt someone just make many accounts and start transfering rep to his main?

Now that all rep is green rep, yes.

But there would be no point :P

To me rep means something. if you get a rep from me you've earnt it. Whether thats through modding or just being my sex slave is out of the question.

What is the point of having rep if the mods are going to just let people abuse rep?

well... becouse of the stupid rule that i cant rep the same person twice in a row for usefull posts, i have to randomly rep random people in order to be able to rep the ones who deserve it. so to me, the whole rep system is rigged anyway.

now give me some. my purple gem vanished, AGAIN. (i've had it twice, lost it twice, such a lawl)
