Showing a picture/image on the screen...

I was playing a custom map one day that, when I clicked an item, it displayed a picture across the screen.

The picture filled the entire viewable area of the Warcraft 3 interface (not the top part with buttons, and not the bottom with the HP, attack, move, hold position, or minimap). Also, you couldn't issue any orders or even see the cursor because the image was there.

Anyone know how to do this?
