Why is this forum so dead?

WHY?

It bothers me SO much. Its not so much the lack of new threads its the lack of people who even check this forum! There are AMAZING writers here and Im sure more people would come if they only knew this!

By having people post a story then getting barely any feedback doesnt really encourage them to post another story....

Anyways what can we do?

Maybe this forum needs to be a little more flexible of what's possible to put in here and what isn't.

You hit the spot. See, this thread will get locked soon. Followup stories, word jokes and roleplay all belong in this forum, Imo. But well, the staff things something else so this forum is pretty much dead/useless.

God, they should have chosen a better moderator for this forum. Why not someone who cares?

Someone better not come up with the lame excuse, "This is a wc3modding site, not a place for RPs or stuff of those sorts."

I'm happy to take suggestions, but anything remotely related to word games will not be taken seriously.

Feedback requires someone to sit there and read something that is possibly much longer than someone can reasonably be expected to sit down and read, this is a modding site after all, not a literater site.

I'm pleased that people have read my stories, it's other people's loss if they don't read them, it doesn't injure me in the slightest if they don't.

Feedback isn't important is what I'm trying to say.

Dead on the money. The RP brought a ton of users here. Now that it's gone - for no apparent reason other then because someone wanted to prove that the story board is useless - we get no people here.

It doesn't help that I have to do so much stuff every week that I barely have time to post feedback.

I actually do care. It's just that I don't have enough time. Generally when I do have time, it's off to New York with ye (like last week) or other such things.

If I took that the wrong way, I REALLY WANT THERE TO BE AN RP HERE!!! The problem is that the admins (excluding Tim., who rocks), way up there on the power scale (*points up in the bright light*) don't care about us. Their infaillable logic is this : who needs RPing in a wc3 modding community?


I'm sorry, but that's the exact excuse they used before they deleted/locked the RPs.
