Missing Tooltip - Engineering Upgrade

I made a custom ability based off of Engineering Upgrade to reduce the cooldown of another ability for every level. I am having problems with this ability and getting it to work on the hero. When the hero levels up I put my skill point into the first level of the ability and it looks fine. However, when I level it up again it comes up with the picture of the guy smiling (you know what I mean) and it says Tooltip Missing. I tried reseting everything on the ability to see if the actual tooltips were the problem and that didn't fix it.

The only thing I can think of is that it has something to do with the abilities that I'm replacing/upgrading. Right now I have it set up like this.

Level 1 - Data - Ability 1 Base ability, Base ability (upgrade 1)
Level 2 - Data - Ability 1 Base ability (upgrade 1), Base ability (upgrade 2)
Level 3 - Data - Ability 1 Base ability (upgrade 2), Base ability (upgrade 3)
etc.
Level 10 - Data - Ability 1 Base ability (upgrade 9), Base ability (upgrade 10)

Is there something wrong with this? I checked it with the real engineering upgrade ability and it also has it from upgrade to upgrade and stuff. I just don't see what I'm doing wrong. I copied and pasted the "Base ability" and just changed the stuff i wanted to change so they wouldn't be different besides spell data.

the other 3 ability upgrade field spaces might be causing it, cleaned them?

Check the icons on all the abilities, if it isn't that, double click on each of the upgrades, if any of them show up as "Unknown (H004)" or whatever, you deleted one of the abilities after you assigned it to the engineering upgrade. Make sure all the upgrade abilities are based on the same skill, it gets pissed if you try and switch the skill :o

These are the fields of the ability. Yes there is a chunk missing but thats because its all empty with nothing and with 0's (field depending).

Also like I said I made the ability first and then copied/pasted them and changed what i needed to so they all have tooltips and all that stuff.

Sorry about the bad quality i turned down the quality so its 100 times easier to load.

I don't quite understand the problem.
Does the engineering upgrade's tooltip go missing, or the tooltip of "slash 3000" ability?
If its engineering upgrade ability tooltip, then i honestly don't know.
If its slash 3000 ability, then make sure you have tooltip and icon specified in all upgrade levels of your ability.

Ive had this problem, I couldnt fix it either.

Its the engineering upgrade tooltip that goes missing.

does the skill replacement happen properly?
Well, if you don't know how to fix it, then you can work this around by replacing eng.upgrade with dummy ability and hiding eng.upgrade ability every time its used.
