Need to know how to do some things

Is there a way i can replace the loading screen with a picture of my own, if so do i need any special programs and how do i applly it.

Is there a real spell editor that doesnt need to change the mpq files so i could use these edited spells on battle.net.

And is there a way to change a portrait and replace it with one of my own?
