Ok, I need just a little bit of help here. My problem is for this is ,I'm not exactly sure what base spell to use for weapons.

My weapons:
Desert Eagle
Glock 9MM
Basic Rifle (No specifications on names or anything, just a rifle)
Flamethower
Machine Gun (I'll prolly make it a 40 cal)
and Hand Grenades

I need it to be click-and-pick. (E.X. Have a desert eagle, click the item, click the unit to shoot, it fires a bullet doing so-and-so damage at so-and-so to so-and-so distance.)

Thanks for any and all help.

You could use varying forms of shockwave (breath of fire, carrion swarm, etc; all the same). Hand grenades you could use one of the AoEs, but currently I can't think of any that have a projectile. You could use the one for summoning a unit at a target (the Goblin Tinker's factory one), and then blow it up with an explosion?

Hmm... what about the Blood mage's thingy, i think i was a lil projectile there, could slow down projectile speed.

Blood mage gets a projectile on all his spells because of the Sphere ability he has.

If you want the gun to hit one unit that you target, use a spell based off of: Firebolt, Stormbolt, Finger of Death etc.

If you want a shotgun similar effect: Shockwave, Crushing Wave, Carrion Swarm etc.

Best way to make a gernade/bomb is.....Base Ability off of healing ward, make a dummy unit that would be summoned, give it an aoe on death, set the duration of ward to like 1 second.

Or, if you want projectile to fly through the air then detonate on impact.....Use healing ward ability, create a dummy unit with aoe on death to be summoned by healing ward, then create a dummy caster, that has the projectile, use triggers to create the dummy projectile shooter at the point of casting unit(when healing ward is cast) Then have it attack the ward(make sure the damage will kill the ward)

this later is done with triggers, and it takes like two triggers to do, you also need a couple variables to set the shooter, and the unit that explodes, you can also create a bunch of cool special effects using triggers.

... or you cAN just use the pocket factory ability

Acid bomb best fits hand grenade.
It will do AOE damage when hit. :)
Use mortar team projectile and play with the settings of the ability.

If you want something more complex still you would summon a flying ward. An animated the ward's flight height to move up and down in an arc towards the target, and give an aoe effect on death
