Try to open wc3 and compare it, then the difference is easy to see.

the bottom is a whole change, complete new skins but it doesnt look like because the stones, same arrangement of them, etc.

cnp from my readme i added,

after import, replace the original interface skins (in game interface)
exact paths are:

ui\console\humanUiTile01.blp
ui\console\humanUiTile02.blp
ui\console\humanUiTile03.blp
ui\console\humanUiTile04.blp
UI\Widgets\Console\Human\HumanUITile-InventoryCover.blp
UI\Widgets\Console\Human\human-inventory-slotfiller.blp

(all nearly the top)

Though it is quite nice, I can't see anyone wanting to add 500kb to their mapsize for such a small change...

the stone bricks get very repetative, also you need more detail its far too plain for interest.. and the icons beside the minimap dont have any holes or things to go in which kinda looks weird to the already trained eye. (as in used to having holes and slots)
