Legends of Osaria is an MORPG divided into 4 maps and several dungeons. The project is about 32% done.

These are some of the map features:

Heroes
note: classes marked with (Expansion) will be not be released in the primary release. They might not even get included.

Wizard
Role:
Very weak class in close combat, Wizards use a melee class or an Elemental as a tank. Wizards primarily deal
massive magical damage.
Spec:
Fire Magician
More damage on Fire spells.
Greater effect on Fire spells.
More effective in magical combat.

Ice Dripper
More damage on Ice spells.
Greater effect on Ice spells.
More effective in magical combat.

Arcane Master
More damage on Arcane spells.
Greater effect on Arcane spells.
More effective in magical combat.

History:

Warlock (Expansion)
Role:
Very weak class in close combat, Warlocks use a melee class or a Demon as a tank. Warlocks deal good magical
damage and have lots of useful curses.
Spec:
Infernal Master
More damage on Fire spells.
Greater effect on Fire spells.
More effective in magical combat.
Infernal is stronger.

Shadow Catcher
More damage on Shadow spells.
Greater effect on Shadow spells.
More effective in magical combat.
Demon Caller
More damage and hp on Demons.
Shorter casting time on Demons.
Demons cost lesser mana.

Terrain
Iäm trying to do the terrain for LoO as beautiful and still real as much as possible. Im not fully done with it yet so cant say much more :P

Monsters
In the beginning you will fight very easy monsters, If you follow the main quest you will also meet some bosses.
Monsters do not drop items that they cant wear or carry, a rat for example cant drop a golden chain mail.
Bosses
I have not yet implented enough story to add a boss. It will come later on.
Boss Fight System
When fighting a boss it will not be the normal, "fight until strongest win". Boss fights in LoO are very similiar to Boss fights in Zelda, It doesnt matter how strong you are, its the skill that matters. You will have to defeat each boss in a similiar but unique way.

Items
I havent set any limit yet for the items, I will do as many as I can. It will be a very low droprate on weapons and even lower on magical weapons, Things like the Necro Book or Earth Book you'll have to be really lucky to find even once in the game and they only drop on some really dangerous monsters.
So dont be suppriced If you dont even get any loot on some creatures, though things like herbs will prolly drop on mage monsters.

There will be some things like:
* Spellbooks
* Weapons (restricted to one at a time)
* Armor (restricted to one at a time)
* Rings/Amulets
* Quest Items

Saveable Pet system
I wont reveal much about this yet until the map is done, its a really great system that I can tell you.
Casting System
To cast a spell you first have to know the spell and how to release the energy, this may be accomplished be reading a scroll and gaining a certain level.
Second you have to know the "Words of Power" for the spell, Fireball for Example is Vas Flam,
Vas = Great, Flam = Flame

Words of Power
Every spells contains of 2 or more words of power, to unleash a spell you first must know how to control it, then call the Words of Power to summon it forth.
NPC Converstation
This is a new installed feature. Makes it possible to make a conversation with NPC's, depending on the path you follow they will answer different.
Custom Spells
As I just started making these spells Ive only made the basic ones, more to come.
Save/Load Code
Things that will be saved:
* Herolevel
* HeroType
* Items
* Gold
* Lumber
* MainQuestState
* Scrolls(casters only)
Pets will be saved through another method.

Concept
The RPG is mainly for LAN games as it will take time to dl from B.net and you will probablt like it more while playing with your friends. It's a 1-8 player game combined with some old RPG's I made years ago without finishing.
You will have a choice to either follow the main quest which leads you to several dungeons and maps or walk around making small quests. Only the main quest will be transfered between maps.

Yes they are coming, It will take some time to transfer all info and edit them to fit this site :/

Well I will probably need people to test some things out. As for now I'll just post the info and show the new "project".
There are still much to do and I'm the only one working on it :/ (though I work best on my own)

Well currently there arent much more, the problem is that I cant use any colors or change size.

I'm adding info almost everyday though :P
