Text position in description??

I cant expression well but i wanna make description for every skills/items like this:


I can make some skills description like this but some cant be like this,is there a way to do it easily??

I don't know what you want exactly, but sadly tooltips can't be changed/set dynamically in-game.

I'm pretty sure you use a |n to skip to the next line, if that's what you're asking. Check the tooltips for the default spells, see what they use there.
