There is a button labelled 'Edit Post'. Click it and add more to your last post if you have something to add. Just don't post a second (or subsequent) time.
Compose your posts a little more carefully. I appreciate English may not be your primary language, but consider that the appearance of your posts is often used by people to judge you. A poor post will attract naysayers who feed on hounding people with negative comments.
This board is English. Try to keep non-english content to a minimum, preferably none. If you wish to direct a non-english comment towards a particular person, use the private message feature.

forum section are a selection of topics that give plentiful advice on this subject. I suggest you read them to learn a few tricks regarding team gathering and idea proposals.
