A New Era seeking Team.

Me and some friends are all great fans of the WC3 games, and agreed to make a mod. We realized that the world that Terry Brooks writes about is real neat, and so we are going to make a total conversion in that setting.

Storyline is under work, but currently there will be four races, of which there are the honorable and tribal Rock trolls (don't think WC trolls), the desperate Freeborn gathering of elves (not yer purty NElf, more stuck up "we don't care about you lesser races" elves. Atleast some. Leaders mainly,) dwarfes and some northlander men, the Federation of southlander men and one last race.
In addition there will be strong representation of neutral units. I will reveal some, Druids, Gnomes (Small, vicious buggers) and Rovers (Airship mercenaries) and the technology of Airships will make the mod take to the sky. Goblins go hide.

The gameplay will be very much like WC3, albeit in a totally different setting and with some significant changes. We are not very experienced so this is mostly for fun, and will evolve over time.

We currently have a text writer, a skinner, a sketch artist and one person to assemble the entire bunk. We do not demand the very best of the modders, if you like to make a mod, is laid back and make decent work, your hired.

We are searching for:
Modeller (1 or 2)
Skinner (1)
Mappers/terrainers (2 or 3)
Triggerer (1 or 2)

I'm interested in following your progress, and am happy to assist with advice. Perhaps I will do a model or two, but I can'tpromise much - I'm a busy man.

So is this going to be completely apart from warcraft, Like a differnet story/world all together?

3 tiers
upgrades
research
armor/attack types
Heroes/standard units?

Yes, the gameplay will probably be more or less the same as Warcraft 3. There are some current ideas, but they are only on the brainstorm level. What we need the most will probably be the mappers, modellers and skinners to make a different world. Might you be interested in joining Fulla?

Nay, but that is good enough. We are not that serious yet, so a map or two will be great. Ill send yer some descriptions.

No problem. To all you who are interested, give me a tell and i will give you a detailed instruction on what and how.
Oh, and for you who are unsure, this is a fantasy mod, NOT futuristic. If interested i will describe the airships and such.
