Incinerate damage field

Okay, this is probably a real stupid question, but i can't find the direct damage on target field on incinerate.

I understand that incinerate is a stupid buggy ability, which blizzard never came around to properly implementing, but can someone still explain to me how it works?

incernerate autocast was a dummy ability used to call upon normal incinerate, hence noremal incinerate contained the "meat" if you will, it doesn't seem possible to make 2 custom incinerates because they both call upon the normal one. hope this helps
