Druid of the Scale

My first warcraf concept art, sorry, but I always draw on lined paper seeing that I'm in school when I do it. These were actually drawn a year ago. This is a Druid unlike the ones towards crows or bears because this one is towards dragons. He even has a whole backround. Yeah, I have a dragon fetish, so what?

Second is, of course, my second drawing. Yeah, still in lined paper and is an undead guy that is not controlled by the scourge or the forsaken but has his on will and mind.

Third is a member of a paladin police force that aims to put a halt to tyrany. Named the Lightning Bearer for the preferece of storm powers.

That's all I have so far, so I hope you enjoy them. I just felt like sharing.

The first one doesn't look anything like a druid :/ Druids don't wear scale, don't use swords and don't use shields. Especially not scale decorated with dragon skulls. That aside:

The proportions in all the pictures look very ugly. Their legs and hands are way to skinny and the arms seem to be randomly divived into upper and lower parts. The paladins head is so big he looks like some kind of monkey when it's compared to the rest of the body. His hammer is way to large for someone so skinny to carry as well :P

I'm not an art specialist but this feedback oughta be a start :)

why cant a druid have a sword? wc3 is the one of the few games that have druids without swords.

your proportions are off, and practise on your feet.
Oww and your plate mail palading huge hammer dude has awefull plates. remember that platemail usually surrounds the whole leg or everything except the the inner thighs, not just the front of you body.

They can have scimitars and stuff like that but a VORPAL BLADE OF THE DEAD DRAGON crosses the line in my opinion.

When we are talking about "THAT" sword then i agree.
It would be a little to much, a doulbe handed crusader sword wielding druid of the claw. that would kinda make him to strong.

If you are as young is a rather suspect, good work! I never even learned to draw like that, but some things might be interesting to work out. The paladins hammer seems massive, but it is connected to this 1" (2,5cm) across rod. Even if the rod was iron, it would probably have bent, and a paladin reading would probably put it down onto the ground on account of it being bloody heavy. Fun fact by the way, if someone (with as much issues as me;)) prints out your drawings and recolor the text that one can see through we get a pic of what ye write. Neat. Practise proportions and drawing textures + shading and you will be rather decent.

Wow, I thank everyone's...advice, (though some would argue that it just be critisism). But, none the less, it helps me to become a better artist. I'm 16 now but I drew those last year so, 15. And I based the druid's sword off Artha's frostmourne in wc3. Let us not forget that in wc3, every weapon is overly huge. Thus, I based the huge hammer off wc3 not making it very realistic. I'm aware that my drawings are skinny and am working on it. The writing in the back of the druid sheet, that is his history and powers. I'll post it too if I get my hands on a scanner again. Once again, thanks for the feedback and I'll work on my drawing.

gotta love how wc3 and especialy sammy dider has awakened everybody's (with no connection to art) artist within.

And please post smaller images, no need for all that resolution for those undetailed drawings. Or if you post big pics, at least make them worth watching.
