Problem: In-Game Timer - I do not know how to set up

My whole map is based on a Cinemetic, and when the Cinemetic, I want to give people a chance to view around the map and see what everything is like, etc., and but I want to only give them 10 minutes to view everything they want to view on the map in a countdown timer type mode (for personal reasons. dont ask why). and then when the countdown timer ends, I want Black Mask to be Enabled and Fog of War to be Enabled. and I know how to set the Black Mask and Fog of War, but I dont no how to set up the Timer. But after the Timer ends, people can still view the Quests Menu and everything in the Navigation Bar (obvioselly).

How do I set up the timer?

set the event to "timer (your timer's name) has expired" and just disable user control... just search for that action... I think it was somewhere in "Game - ...". But do you think a cinematic where you can see the quest buttons and stuff is a true cinematic? The cinematic guys will kick your ass if they ever see it...
