remove the imported files.

Get rid specially of music. No one needs music, custom music/sounds are overrated stuff followed by skins and models.

1. Remove unneded imports
2. Compress Skins
3. Reduce quality of sound/music
4. Remove unused animations/meshes from models

EDIT: Vex is fast.

Like they said, models and sound are the two big things, and if you must have models remove their portraits. Skins and icons are no big deal, an icon can take 2-3 kb and a skin can take 20 if done right.

Also don't forget your best friend, Vex's optimizer coupled with Pitzermike's Widgetizer will give you a really excellent decrase in size(assuming you have lots of triggers/custom objects).

Finally, if you have lots of custom spells, try to create templates whenever possible, to save on the amount of redundant lines you will need to have.

What custom resources are you using?

I'm aware of that, but its still better bang for your buck than just using your optimizer, since Widgetizer goes a lot further towards loading time. Although in this case he may just want to screw load time in order to make it playable.

Oh and I looked at the resources you are using. Dude if you are gonna stuff loads of custom models into the map you're going to need to change the map type. You just CAN'T make a multiplayer map with tons of custom shit, if you want that you're gonna need to make it a single player-type map.
