I did this for that cotest at deviantart, to redesign megadeth's mascot. I don't even like megadeth that much, but those guitar offered as prizes make me drooool. Of course I won't win, but at least I can state that Dave Mustaine looked at my crap.

Yeah, no inspiration for the background, just plain dark stuff.

oh, forgot to mention that I did this in 1 day, today...just before the deadline, as usual...

Dominant-Male	Truly awesome. However, what might drag you down is the lack of background, which is only natural due to lack of inspiration and a one day deadline :)

LightKirtar	No background, this is a logo not an image. A background would detract from the main object. You did a hella good job on this man, you really have progressed. Personally, I thought you were gonna make those black spots hollow and shattered and kinda liked it more that way. Nonetheless, rocks.

Andy	It's a really awesome design and with some refining I think it'd be even better, it looks slightly smudged right now and could use some sharper shadows/highlights. The horns could also do with a bit more depth, they look relatively flat compared to the rest. Just minor nitpicks though, it's great.
