How do you use a custom background for a campaign screen? The campaign editor has an " from import" type of option, but it's grayed out. I'm assuming it wants me to import some type of file before I can point to it, but I have no idea what kind of file it wants me to import. I tried making a map with a camera in it and imported that, but that's now what it's looking for. Someone help please? |

They are, AFAIK, model files. |

Anyone know what kind of camera the model file wants? |

Cruise the MPQ and try to find one of the existing ones to use as a basis for creation. |

TBH, AFAIR, [Dual Acronym Bonus +10!], campaign screens are messy and horrible to make. I know that they are all one big model. I THINK you just make them like you would a unit, and include a camera as if it were for a portrait, but IDK... |

Yep, just a big model with a camera like any other. Gotta remember to either make all the texures Unlit, or add a few lights in - else you'll get blackness no matter what. |

big model, nah it doesn't pass 1-0 XY mesures, to make one, make a plane model in 3dsmax 5, copy it, then select the first one and make it a mesh and check the 2D model option, and the other one set it as a collition shape. When aplying the texture make sure to unhide all, select model properties object (hotkey h for list), then enter its properties and go to user defined properties, roll down to Full Resolution and change it for true value. PS IGNORE MY POST, I THOUGHT U MEAN LOADING BACKGROUND. |
