Image question

Ok I made an image with 256x256 pixels, it works to show it on the ground and all that.
Though when i move the camera to far to the right or to far up on the picture it dissapears?
Anyone knows why?
I set the size of the image to 2048 and type Indicator.
The limit is something like 60% to the right and 30% up.

Also I'm seeming to get some annoying black borders around the image, anyway to remove those?

EDIT: Ok kind of solved the one with the limit, the border one is still there though.

Questions:
Anyone knows how to create images ontop of others without having the black thing behind cover it?
How do I remove the black thing behind my image?

I see over 100 people has read this thread.. wonder why none answers..

Hmnn modiffy the alpha channel, make the border of the image have an alpha of 0.

Since it is sorrounded by black, try other rendering options there might be one that removes the black and considers it as transparent

photoshop. It is somewhere under layers, better go to skinning forum and ask how to make transparent borders there. Also try looking for tutorials about alpha channels
