Need some Aid with converting WoW models

Hey ive been trying to convert WOW mondels for some time now and im haveing a error where certain textures and sometimes the whole model doesnt show up in the model editer . I think its all about the alpha channels. but i require a program where i can flip PNGs and Convert them to BLPs. Any suggestions? Or may it be something else wrong? Oh can anyone point me to where i can get Tech's BLP2 Converter?

first of all, stop converting WoW models and bring them to wc3 because it's lack of creativity and illegar and stupid. Secondly, if you realy are mind-blocked, look at wc3sear.ch, it must be flooded with WoW models.
