Remove Hero Glow...

Hi, i'm new around here, so... Some of the units i've downloaded have hero glow under them, but i want to remove this glow.. What apps do i need? i have 3ds max 6..

all you need is notepad and a brain wich you could have used to search for what you needed before posting this.
