First you need an mpq viewer, such as WinMPQ. Then, using the mpq program, you find your warcraft 3 directory, and open war3.mpq. Then find abilitydata.slk, and extract it. If you are using winmpq, just select .slk from the compact menu and it will only display .slk files. Just double click and extract! Hope this helps! :D
