And since certain members have intimated that they miss the Artist Duel/Challenge subforum... let's take it over! (WH's suggestion instead of getting us a subforum)

No... it just means that people can challenge you. A person who is challenged has the right to decline.

If circumstances prevent you from entering, you don't have to.
