This is an rather normal rpg but in my opinion its more well done and has some nice features, but it needs some work and peoples opinions. It should maybe be in BETA test but it is missing end game triggers. After three weeks in the desert you finally reach the town called The Molten Point here you will aid The Horde with all of there problems and they will do all they can to aid you this dark hour. It seems they have a big plan off all of you in the end but more important everything also has a beginning.... General Info -Classic Open RPG Style -4 Player -Not especially laggy -Barren Terrain Features -6 Heroes - all heroes are relative unique -30 JASS Enhanced Spells - spread out over 6 different heroes and items and a dozen of GUI triggered spells -InvX - Advanced inventory system that allows equipping, set items and socketed items -3 Towns - Currently only 1 available -Dungeons and Bosses Heroes -Menei the Blademaster -Dar'gal the Elemental Shaman -Dabuh the Tauren Chieftain -Mog'sathal the Hunter -Naia the Spirit Shaman -Zat'zat the Shadow Shaman Note: There is a hero in the map who is currently owned by player 1 (Big mistake) There have to be a player 1 because the game is initialized with an dialogue I gave up on this map before about 3 months ago, back when i couldnt make any spells or systems |

Well, the way you present it, it actually sounds.., well, boring... "Classic Opern RPG style"?.. Nothing new and exciting? ![]() I wanna know a lot more about what's going to be very special about this map and what seperates it from the vast amount of other "Classic ORPG's"... Well, what I really liked about the map though was: - Itemsystem: The itemsystem seemed quite nice. Was a little bit confusing in the beginning, but it was no problem as soon as I had learned it. 2Q though: 1) Why oh why must the items stay also in inventory!? :( I would like to have other items there... 2) There were different menues in the equipment, could there be more? (assuming there's a way to have items in equipment only, so that it's not limited by only the 6 available slots in inv.) - Spellbook: The way the spells were added by the items was done in a way I've never seen before. Seemed like a smart way of doing it, I liked it. - Spells: Loved those spells! :D Guess I should give credit to vex and blade for those though Well, that's all I liked really ^^ Have in mind that I only played the map for about 20-30 mins though, because it got boring very fast, mostly because it was so darn easy and I got some sick items... I'd like to see some progress in the map before I decide to help out with suggestions and that sort of thing... And I know, it's just a BETA-map, but the idea of beta-maps is to show what can be fun and special when the full version is done (isn't it?..) GL then ![]() |

Seemed like a nice piece of hack n' slash. But as stated before, it got boring really fast. Terrain's pretty dull and empty plus monsters (that die with few hits) respawn really fast. Item system was well done, though the items could be moved to inventory slots to make room for new stuff. I only tested Tauren, but maybe I'll give some wizard a shot later. What about zooming camera out a little? Would be easier to play when seeing larger area... |

I do credit many in the quest log(i think) and yea it is boring, couldnt agree with you more, and that is why i thrashed the idea loong ago and made it into an hack'n'slash so it could get to beta state quick.... For the items that didn't get moved...i asked vex to add that(It is his system),and he said maybe. |
