Angels?

You don't really see any angels, unless you look at the Paladin's Ressurection spell, but aside from that, there are angels in Warcraft, aren't there?

I was wondering. Since there ARE demons, then there are angels too, right?

i've never really heard of them to be honest, wich isnt all that odd, as i've never really heard of a heaven and a hell either. Demons in wc come from an other dimention, not some mythical place where the damned go :)

I know, but what about angels? They must come from another dimension as well.

IF they excist.

In the expansion set for World of Warcraft, a new race of beings called "Naaru" exist, the beings which bless the Draenei with the powers of the Light. In the Draenei race lore, it is mentioned that the Naaru were beings who were "bent on stopping the Burning Crusade."


Perhaps the Naaru are the angelic figures of Warcraft?

Hmmm.. might be. Pretty sure they don't have white wings though. :/

The Naaru are the closest you'll get to Angels, they are energy beings, which means they take whatever physical form they like, so they can look like Angels, but they're not Angels in the way you're thinking in the same way the Legion arn't Demons in the way you're thinking.

The whole "warcraft lore" seems very meagre of ideas. It appears to be another copy of a copy of a high-fantasy world. Commercializing continues all the time. You can tell, when you meet a fantasy world, that hasn't been made for commercial purposes. This one truly is.

So I myself find this universe very boring to even have a real conversation concerning it. It is just... Too full of gaps.

To b e honest I doubt the're angels in Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos ad Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne.

Supposdly Naaru get their energies from a greater power.
The 'angels' are avatars of light at best.
And the theory that a Naaru appears everytime you ressurect...
