Any way to make it so for when you Host your Map, all Slots must be a Comp or Player?

In my Map for the 'Hosting the Game' session over B.Net or something, I want to make it so all Slots must be either selected as a Computer or a Player enters Slot. I do not want my Map to be able to Start with an empty slot, or a closed slot. Is this possible? Is there any way I can set this up for my Map so all Slots must be used by a Computer or a Player?

I doubt it, but you could try to do it a different way, by using triggers to set-up player-vacant spots.
