Is UnitRemoveAbility(unit,buff) faster than UnitRemoveBuffBJ(buff,unit) ?

UnitRemoveBuffBJ just swaps the parameters and calls UnitRemoveAbility. That means UnitRemoveAbility will be faster because it is native function.
