You cant have them on the hero itself, you would need to triggerbase them, using a leaderboard or something similar to display their properties. Or you could use a spellbook ability with abilities in it that show you how high they are.
In certain gametypes, it is actually essential information to know the exact movespeed of a unit. The slow, average, fast, etc descriptions also only work in a very narrow range of speeds, especially suited for the exact movespeeds found in regular War3 melee. But oh well, this is off topic, sorry :)
