Ok, i have the folder for .w3xTemp for my map, i need to edit my globals.
But i can edit my .j in a program, its putting the map back together, its just a folder still, i get rid of the temp and change it to .w3x, but it remains a folder, so is there a program that can edit a map (or globals) and peice the map back toghter?
Or... me being over dramatic, just a simple way of doing this?

You can simply use WinMPQ to create a new mpq archive, change the extension to w3m/w3x and import all the files.
It might be faster to create a zip archive from the folder and using the ZipToMPQ tool though.
