This is the first piece of terrain I made before I've had 2-3 attempts at making an AoS map but every time it turned out I just have no time and patience, so now I'll probably get more into terraining Great help from the tutorials you guys posted on the terrain forum, they actually got me started and motivated me to do this stuff (apart from the works in the Art Gallery) I haven't used any custom doodads or models but I plan to make some interesting trees and skies in future. Anyway, what you guys think? :D |

looks good but a little to many rocks for my taste. |

I also noticed rock spam, but I still like it quite a bit. |

yeah I might try to clear that up and spread the rocks out a bit. I wanted to cover the coast and the mid-level of the fall so it looks a bit neater and I spammed them all over to make it look more random and natural... well I've overdone '^_^ thanks anyway :D |

Nice terrain you got here, no overused moon rays, and a good sky use. you might want to add a little fog. Also lower those a few rocks, cause they look bugged (use page down). Though its nice to give those trees angle, I think you overdid it a bit, some trees hang more than 45 degrees which is not really natural. I suggest decreasing the angle amount, or remove it totally so all trees just face upwards. Last tip I would like to advice, try to reduce the amount of bushes and replace them with some scrub (possibly adapt the color of it before placing them all over). |

Done :D. Added some re-colored shrubs, flattened some stones, straightened up (not completely) the trees, made the fog denser. ![]() |
