Architecture mumbo jumbo

These here things have been done as homework for architecture. The first thing is the Bonn city new townhall, next is a plazza (the main volumes were given in the theme) inspired from Rome and Vience renaissance architecture (details are freehand) and finaly an outpost, done in technical perspective and rendered with a sanguine oil base pencil. All were done on A3 format, except the townhall wich was done on A2 (50x70 cm). yeah

only thing I did in photoshop was to add a "auto levels" thingy, so the images would be more sharp and more reality-like.

The town hall looks just like the building models Anubis and I are working on. They all look very nice, good work.

Everything looks so realistic. Amazing in my opinion, I love the sketchy look (but then again I always love sketchy looking artwork.)

Those are amazing! I especially love the first one, the buildings look like combination of modern glass buildings and shiny granite stone (the guidelines on the roofs probably created this effect, was that intended?). I really like it anyways.

Sketchy look? I spent 2-4 hours on each of those. It must be my angry hatching style.

thanks for the comments

I like, the shading looks pretty good. however one of the buildings on the right in the first drawing looks a bit slanted.

the town halls perspective is dead on, great job. But with the renasance thing i have my doubts about the dome, and some of the gates. Especially the dome seems a bit off to me.

The town hall is rendered verry nice though, great job on that one.

How did you digitize such large pictures?

The dome irked me too.

yeah, but too dificult, i love drawing, but... the paper always finnish very very very black, all smoothed and messy (6b pencil - graffite - |Very Angry|)
