For some odd reason, the camera I set in WE gets really messed up when I view it in game. Any ideas why this happens and how I could fix it?

Edit: please move this to cinematics section.

"messed up"?
How?

I believe the camera in WE doesn't take into account terrain variation.

Yeah, we'll need screenshots or at least some sort of description to know what you're talking about.

The problem is you need to press X in WE to get the actual cam positions you would see in warcraft. Since warcraft's screen is not square like WE's is.

Hope this is what you mean.

It seems like the camera is at the same place, but the unit has moved. Perhaps the unit has some movement type that makes him float on the water ingame (these things do not happen in the editor).

Or maybe his movement type is fly? Everytime I make something's moving type to fly it flies in the game even know I set the flying height to Zero.

something i've noticed is that if you place many units close to each other in the editor, and u test the map, they are all moved away from each other. this might be the case. otherwise you might not be applying the right camera.

Tim.
A) That's only true for flying units.
B) This thread is a month old. Don't revive dead threads.
