Wings 3D help

How do you copy and paste something, i made a wheel and i want to make another copy.. but how? Extrude region just moves it :(, Mirror just turns it into a thousand of itself... and thers no copy and paste!

Well I don't personally know Wings 3D, but in Max theres a clone button, maybe there is something similar?

select your object -> right-click -> duplicate
