I am going to start to look into terraining, because I think it's one of my weaknesses. I have recently made this little farmhouse; tell me what you think:

The tutorials I linked you to show you about tile varyation and doodads, even though it is ashenvale the same principles apply.

What part in the tutorial do you think I should read?

well just know this. straight edges look unnatural. therefore, crooked edges look natural.

Read the whole tutorial, but I was talking about the generic ashenvale part.

One thing I would like to add is that when terraining, stay away from the edges of the map. The black crap just looks horrible. Of course, some people may be able to put it to good use, but since you are just beginning just stay away.

To do this, just make bigger map to start on, or if you created the map already, go into the map options thingie and find the tab that allows you to alter the camera and playing field.

It's still flat, it still has no tile varyation. I am getting tired of telling you the same things. Also you have been warned several times about double posting. Don't do it again. Read the tutorials I have told you to read, because you clearly haven't.

Looks virtually the same to me, with some added flowers and a couple trees.
